For kitchens that mainly deliver.

Quarter past twelve, six deliveries open, two drivers waiting. The orders came in through your own page, with no commission to Forn. They become two runs, and each driver settles his cash at the counter.

A day in a delivery kitchen.

Hardly any guests in the place, but every order is out on the road. A sample day, the times are made up.

  1. Check the zones

Zofingen with no delivery fee, Oftringen with a fee and a minimum order. The guest sees the cost before ordering.

  2. Pre-orders

What was ordered last night for today’s lunch goes to the kitchen at the right time.

  3. Runs

The open deliveries become runs. Two drivers, three stops each, and the order is in the app.

  4. Drivers back

At the counter, each driver hands in their cash. The till compares it with what the app expects.

  5. Close

Last comes the Z report. It shows what came in through your own page and what was paid cash at the door.

Runs the driver understands.

Stops in driving order, with the guest’s note. The till knows what the driver has to hand in.

Our recommendation

Kurier and runs are part of Pro. With several kitchens, Kette is the right fit.
