For pizzerias that deliver themselves.

Friday, half past six, the phone rings for the third time. You know who’s calling before you pick up. The half-and-half goes to the oven as one ticket, and the run is on your driver’s phone.

A Friday night with Forn.

A Friday in a pizzeria with its own drivers, from the first pizza to the cash-up. A sample day, the times are made up.

Driver on a scooter in the evening
  1. Oven on, till open

You count the change into the cash drawer. The calzone is sold out today, you marked it in the afternoon, and since then it’s gone from the ordering page too.

  2. The phone rings

Caller ID opens the customer card with the address and last order. Two Margherita Ø40, one half Prosciutto, half Funghi, extra garlic.

  3. The ticket is at the oven

The pizzas appear at the pizza oven, the salad in the cold kitchen. The allergy is at the top of the ticket.

  4. A run with three stops

The driver sees the run in the Kurier app, Oftringen first. Where it isn’t paid online, they collect cash at the door.

  5. Close

The drivers hand in their cash, you count the drawer and run the Z report. After that, the evening is in the panel.

The pizza menu, the way the oven needs it.

The sizes are right on the pizza button. One tap on Ø40, and it’s on the ticket. Whatever runs out you mark as sold out, and then it’s gone online too.

The run is on the phone, not on a slip of paper.

Runs are built from the open deliveries. The Kurier app guides the driver to the address and records what was paid in cash at the door.

Our recommendation

If you deliver yourself, you need Kurier and caller ID. Both come with Pro, and bookkeeping too.
