One system forPizzerias, snack bars, cafés, bars, restaurants and delivery services.
From the first ticket to the VAT.
Till, kitchen display, Kurier app for your drivers, an ordering page under your name, and the VAT at month end. One system, developed in Switzerland.
08:30 · Morning. The door is still locked. Mark what’s sold out, set the lunch special, check tonight’s tables.
12:15 · Lunch. Counter, phone and ordering page, all at once. Every order becomes a ticket on the same till.
18:31 · Order. Andrea Moser orders on your ordering page: two pizzas and a Coke, for delivery.
18:44 · Kitchen. The ticket is up at the station. One tap for done, and the counter sees it.
18:49 · Kurier. Stop 2 of 3: Bahnhofstrasse 7, 3rd floor, bell «Moser», cash CHF 36.00.
23:40 · Close. Cash-up and Z report. The drawer adds up, and the day is closed.
Month end. You’re still in the kitchen. The VAT is prepared by rate, and your accountant (Treuhand) gets the export.
What you change in the Management dashboard applies to the till and the ordering page.
VAT 8.1% for eat-in, 2.6% for takeaway and delivery.
TWINT and card online, or cash at the door.
The guest’s allergy is at the very top of the ticket.
Address, doorbell and payment method are shown with the stop.
The drivers hand in their cash per run, then comes the Z report.
VAT prepared by rate, export for your accountant.
Drag, tap or use the arrow keys: the day carries on as soon as you let go.

A day in a restaurant, 08:30 to 23:40.
The menu in the morning, the rush at lunch, the drivers in the evening, the close at night. What the till sells at noon is in the Z report that evening and in the VAT at month end.
Before the door opens.
Two dishes are running low today, so they go on sold out. The lunch special is set, and the floor plan shows tonight’s reservations and who is on shift. Change it once in the Management dashboard, and the till and ordering page show the same.
- Menu, prices and sold-out items in one place
- Floor plan with the day’s reservations
- Weekly shift plan, time clock on the till

Lunchtime, when everything comes at once.
There’s a queue at the counter, the phone is ringing, and a pickup for 12:15 comes in on the ordering page. Everything becomes a ticket on the same till, with extras, notes and the right VAT rate. The kitchen sees every ticket at its station: pizza at the oven, salad in the cold kitchen.
- Half-and-half, sizes and extras right on the ticket
- Call recognised, customer card with the address already open
- Allergies at the top of the kitchen ticket

The driver is standing at the pass, and the run is waiting on the phone.
Open deliveries are grouped into runs, in order. In the Kurier app the driver sees the address, doorbell and floor, and whether the order is paid online or collected in cash at the door. At the counter you see where they are right now.
- Navigation to the address with one tap
- Handover and cash payment recorded in the app
- The driver’s tips and shift in the app

Cash-up without paper slips or a calculator.
You count the cash drawer by coins and notes, the drivers hand in their cash, and the till shows whether it adds up. Then you close the day with the Z report. In the morning it is in the panel, and at month end it goes to your accountant.
- X report during the day, Z report at the end
- Driver cash settled per run
- Void and refund by default only with PIN, visible in the activity log

Your accountant calls and wants September.
The month’s Z reports, expenses and receipts are in the panel, VAT is split into 8.1 % and 2.6 %. Your accountant gets CSV, PDF and Excel instead of a box full of receipts.
- For every expense you see whether a receipt is attached
- VAT collected per rate, for a month, quarter or year
- You check and file together with your accountant

Guests follow along and order themselves.
What your guests see, you manage in the same Management dashboard as the till: the ticket on the customer display, the offer on the TV, the menu on the table.
- Customer display at the tillOn a second screen, the guest follows what you type and sees the total before paying.
- Digital signage on the TVMenu and offers on the TV in your place. The lunch menu runs until 14:00, after that the screen shows the evening menu.
- QR menu and ordering at the tableThe guest scans the code on the table, reads the menu, orders or calls for service. No app needed.
- Self-order kioskGuests put their own order together on a screen in your place, and the ticket goes straight to the kitchen.

Francs, two VAT rates depending on the channel, rounding to the rappen and TWINT are built into Forn. The till calculates the way your accountant wants to see it at month end.

Same price, different tax share. For cash payments, the till rounds to the nearest 5 rappen; card and TWINT payments are charged to the rappen.
