Who works when, and who is allowed to do what.
Everyone has their own PIN, and the role decides what they can do with it, for example void or see the sales. The shift plan and hours are in the same panel.

Every ticket has a name.
The cash count is short, and everyone was on the till today. Without individual sign-ins, it stays guesswork. In Forn everyone types in their PIN, and after that every void and every time the drawer opens shows who it was. The hours come from clocking in at the till, not from memory.
