Delivering with your own drivers, without the paper chaos.

The driver sees his run on the phone, confirms every handover and records who paid cash. At the end he settles up at the counter.

Kurier app. Real screens, demo data.

The driver is on the road, and the till knows.

Without an app, delivery runs on paper slips: copy the address, hand over change, add up the amounts at night. With the Kurier app the run is on the phone, every cash payment is recorded, and at the end the till knows how much cash has to come back.

How it works.

  1. 1

    A run is put together

Several open deliveries become one run, automatically or by hand.

  2. 2

    The driver signs in

The driver takes the phone from the counter, types in his PIN and sees his run.

  3. 3

    Deliver

The driver navigates to the address, reads the notes and confirms the handover, with a photo if you want.

  4. 4

    Settle up

The driver puts the run’s cash on the counter. The expected amount is already on the till.

What the driver sees.

Real screens from the Kurier app, with demo data.

The run is ready before the driver sets off.

The driver sees the stops in the order he drives them, with everything he needs to know at the door. Calling and navigating take one tap.

  • Notes such as doorbell and floor
  • Paid online or cash at the door
Kurier app: stop with a note from the customer

No signal in the stairwell, and the handover is still saved.

The driver confirms the handover as usual, with a photo too. The app keeps it and sends it on as soon as there is network again.

  • Queue marked “Waiting”
Kurier app: no network, three entries waiting to be sent

If money is missing at night, you know which run it was.

The app adds up per run what was paid in cash at the door. Back at the counter the driver hands in the amount, and the till checks it against its own figure.

  • Change float kept separate
  • Breaks and end of shift in the app
Kurier app: cash for this run, counted and expected match

Questions about Kurier

All questions

Do the drivers need their own phone?
No. A restaurant phone is enough. It stays on the premises, and each driver signs in with their own PIN.
How does the cash add up at night?
Per run, the app keeps track of what was paid in cash at the door. At the counter the driver hands in the amount, and the till compares it with the expected amount. The change float stays separate.
Can the guest see where their order is?
On your ordering page, the guest sees the status of their order.
