Who comes when is on the floor plan.

You see which table is still free at 20:00. Booked guests and walk-ins are on the same plan the till works with.

The reservation book no longer sits next to the phone.

Saturday, 19:00. The phone rings, a couple is waiting at the door, and the book has table 5 down twice. In Forn every reservation has its table on the plan. Walk-ins get a free table, and as soon as the guests are seated, their table is open on the till.

How it works.

  1. 1

    Availability

Opening hours, tables and seats determine what’s free.

  2. 2

    Book

Enter the call straight into the panel, with name, party size and time.

  3. 3

    Seat the guests

When the guests arrive, the reservation becomes an open table on the till.

What comes with it.

  • ReservationsEvery reservation with a status: confirmed, arrived, no-show.
  • Walk-insAssign walk-ins straight to a free table.
  • Email reminder Confirmation and reminder to the guest by email.

Questions about reservations

All questions

What happens if a guest doesn’t show up?
You set the reservation to “no-show”. The table is free again.
Does the till see the reservation?
Yes. As soon as you set the guests to «arrived», their table is open on the till, and front of house orders on it.
