For snack bars where lunch is a rush.

Twelve o’clock, the shop is full, and someone at the back calls out «spicy, no tomatoes». For a Dürüm the till asks for sauce and spice level by itself, and the ticket goes to the grill. In the evening, orders come in through your own page.

A day at the snack bar.

The queue at lunch, orders to take home in the evening. A sample day, the times are made up.

Kitchen plating up
  1. The spit is turning, the till is open

Your favourites are up front: Döner, Dürüm, Lahmacun, Ayran. One tap, and the item is on the ticket.

  2. The queue out the door

For every Dürüm the till asks for sauce and spice level. “No onions” goes on the ticket, not in someone’s head.

  3. Ticket at the grill

The grill sees only its own items. The counter hands out drinks directly.

  4. Orders to take home

From seven, orders come in through your page, for pickup with a time slot or for delivery in your zone. The till charges takeaway at 2.6 % and a plate eaten in the shop at 8.1 %. The order type sets the rate.

  5. Close

Count the drawer, run the Z report, clean the grill. The report shows how many Dürüm went out.

Choose sauces without searching.

Cocktail, garlic or spicy? For a Dürüm the till asks by itself, and only then does it land on the ticket. That way no request gets lost in the queue.
